Skaters (including their guests and parents/ guardians) voluntarily participate in these activities with knowledge of the risks involved and agree to accept any and all responsibility for and risk of injury, demise, physical or mental illness, and harm, loss or damage to person or property (collectively, “Injury”) that may occasion from ice skating. There are inherent and other risks involved in the sport of ice skating and injuries are a common occurrence of the sport. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: Ice skating and associated activities are classified as high risk sports. Management reserves the right to cancel lessons without prior notice.Any subsequent accompanying adult or child will be required to pay spectator admission at $4 each All Learn-to-Skate students are entitled to free spectator admission for one accompanying adult during lessons.In the event that you need to reschedule your block of lessons, please notify The Rink through email ( at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, subject to availability and approval.There will be no make-up lesson unless with valid medical certificate.Change of session when course has commenced is not allowed.All payments made are non-refundable.
